    Check it out on Github.

    Getting Started
    - Create a folder and name it "189". (Rename this to your revision)
    - Place cache files inside the new folder.
    - Change "cache.version=189" inside application.properties to your revision.
    - Use the gradle task "run".

    Anyway you can include the animation definitions in a sequence.txt for hardcoding?

    An off-topic question, but I must ask.
    Why do you insist on dragging the files out of the cache if they're not really readable to you? Why don't you just repack your entire animations indice with the OSRS one since this is what you're attempting to achieve anyways?
