Open sourced the tool and added #193 to the OP.
I'll be keeping this updated as osrs updates each revision. Should be pretty useful, readable info for anybody developing rsps.
A front end of this was being worked using Electron framework to eventually be hosted like OSRSBox but probably not worth. Thoughts?
