Just acquired it myself and about to test it but here.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

These two files contain most (not all) XTEAs for OSRS Revisions 140>142.
They are in JSON format so somebody should create a small program to load them and print them out into seperate .text files ofwhich you will then be able to decrypt the maps to gain access to updated areas in RS2 loading OSRS Servers.
