    Grab a 667 cache (released several times) and you'll have everything you need to add it.

    Download a client that has multiple revisions data added and look at the ObjectDefinition class.
    You'll need the loc.dat / loc.idx files from 667 (object config) and the object models (cache index 1)
    & maps that use the new objects (cache index 4).
