Step 1: Go [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Step 2: Follow the Intructions. An E-mail will be sent to you. Check you Junk/Spam Folders.
Step 3: When The OCME Has Finished DL. It Will ask you for the Information sent to you in your e-mail.
Step 4: YOUR DONE! Congrats! You have a model Maker!

This makes mdl format models?
EDIT: I can't seem to open any models with it. If we can't open the runescape models with it then my guess is the models format isnt the same as normal mdl or something lolz
You MAKE your can make your own models atm. Dunno about opening!
No mdl editor has been able to load the runescape models, because I think they are in a bit diffrent of a format, so this wont help if that is the case
you can make your own models still
That doesnt mean you can load them into the client lol
ftw now i can finally make my weapon and stuff

Its all good HAving a model Maker But There is no Way to put these Models that u make into the client... But good work i guess
