I don't know if anyone has an interest in the current OSRS maps, but I've dumped almost the entire surface. The areas I still need are displayed on the map below. The next update is probably in a couple days but if you already have access to these areas it shouldn't take that long at all. I also really need the XTEAs for GWD. If someone could dump atleast some of these regions, I'd be very grateful.
Map of what I've collected so far:
750 XTEA keys: OSRS rev32 XTEAs.7z
What I've dumped apart from what you see of the surface:

not to gravedig, thing is, isn't it possible to just remove the "tile collision flags" just noclip everywhere to load every region? or is it also serversided? guessing it's both. can always somehow force fagex's servers to return an object and landscape map somehow..
pretty sure there's a way to do it without walking around, just have to send the right packets, though, no one wants to spend half a century coding a packet sender to the fagex server. you can also buy a quantum computer that can solve the alghoritm in seconds or just make the object/landscape maps by hand, though it's not fun. imo, people should just move away from the whole fagex mapdata, make their own based on it, that way there's a less chance of your server getting fucked over if fagex spots it. so many things in the game are so inconveniently placed it's ridiculous. only thing that was done semi-decently was the tutorial island. except it kills the whole "adventure" in the game as everything is way too easy to obtain and level.
There isn't a way. Pathfinding is handled server sided, so noclipping obviously isn't possible. You cannot force load regions by sending any packets. Even if you send e.g. object handling packet in a different region, it'll just be completely neglected if the object is outside of the player's viewport. The only way to actually get the xteas is by moving around and writing the values out as you receive. It has been made a lot easier nowadays though with things like RuneLite which a lot of players use, so even after an update their xteas repository is quickly updated with the new xteas if there's been a change.
TL;DR -> You cannot request the xteas in any way. Best you can do is hope OSRS follows RS3's footsteps (as they've been doing for awhile now) and get rid of the xteas entirely. Although it really doesn't matter, it's only the areas inaccessible to all players that we cannot get the xteas for. Another option is to contact some of the geniuses on these forums who've claimed they've figured out how to decrypt the maps without xteas (it's a meme).
that's actually well put. makes more sense now.
> object handling packet in a different region, it'll just be completely neglected if the object is outside of the player's viewport
this is the part that i wasn't fully understanding
> Although it really doesn't matter, it's only the areas inaccessible to all players that we cannot get the xteas for.
yeap, that sucks, more than likely there are areas that jagex is hiding for a reason, like possibly more jmod areas

1. they map it manually
2. they use quantum computer
3. use those btc miner rigs to brute the numbers, once the program detects something that looks somewhat like a map it dumps it
just my ideas
