Well everyone says that a 420 cache has the same side icons as a 459, but Ryan (thing1) says he has a 422 cache. It has the same side icons as a 317, a newer skill interface and a newer options interface. Do you just roughly guess the revision or is there some way to find out what it is?

I have the correct 422 cache because i deobed the client from the cache. Somewhere in client.java there is a line that says the revision, and mine is 422
The sideicon update came at 435, along with skillcapes.
what about the version list archive???

That's to ensure models with the same crc are updated, it has nothing to do with the client version.
