Runescape Classic Replica is a server that aims to be a complete replica of the original version of Runescape Classic, with the exception of subtile modifications (where as the experience rates are one of them). We wish to bring the Runescape Classic scene a quality server, that is stable and has the security level at top noch, further more bringing back the nostalgia of the gameplay. We have previously brought you Runescape Classic Replica back in 2012, which were a success however it stalled due to economy, which has been resolved at this point.

We feel comfortable with doing a full launch at this point, and we would highly appreciate that you as a player will report any given bugs, or missing features.
We will not introduce batched skills, as the original game did not have these, and as stated above, we intend to replicate the original game.

    Experience Rates
    Skilling & Combat: 2.5x (Non-Subsribers) / 3.5x (Subscribers)

Thank you for the good lucks, feel free to drop by our server. It is rather new and therefore there is of course not a lot of players here in the beginning.
We are still working on the updates and want to bring you guys a quality replica server.

RSC servers reached a level beyond any rs2 emulator (including apollo) in terms of emulation (website, multiple worlds, content, etc). It reached a plateau, with major releases being rscd build 25, and sort of dropped off there. You should download rscd25 and check it out, it's pretty neat. RSC developers were doing things many years ago in terms of design that only within the past 3-4 years started coming into rs2 servers.

This, and it dropped off by 2 reasons,

    1. Rscd 25 was full of annoying bugs/dupes
    2. There was no use since RSCEmulation started massive DDoS attacks on every server that could lower their playerbase.

Why would one take the effort to continue on improving development.

RSC development is now slowly coming back thanks to MITB's development team improving (or atleast trying to) what used to be RSCD 25

The bugs in rscd25 were not very hard to fix though. but correct, the source code was also not very well documented so it was harder for newer people to learn it.

    RSC > rs2
