I'm having a whole lot of trouble regarding the Cache. I've put it in to C:\\Users\\(USER) and trying to run it via Eclipse, and so I am receiving this:

Any ideas what is going on here? It's definitely something to do with my cache. +1 & many thanks for those who at least try to solve my problem. Teamviewer is not optional, sorry.

    Thanks for your reply, Spooky.

Would you be able to give me a quick to-do on how to do that? Or what that even is? Cheers!

Working with this still, I've gotten no improvements and fixes still and it's been near 24 hours. Anybody have any answers for me?

It's not really that hard to look up what browser user agents are, you're getting response 403 from dropbox because you have no user agent, in short 403 means forbidden.
In computing, a user agent is software (a software agent) that is acting on behalf of a user. One common use of the term refers to a web browser telling a website information about the browser and operating system. This allows the website to customize content for the capabilities of a particular device.
