I realize how nooby this is, but a lot of people need help with it, those who are starting 614s.

Alright so, you're getting a run error similar to this, look at the c:\cache614 part.
That's the directory (place) where your cache should be located and it should be named whatever the run.bat says it is, for example the name of the cache in this run.bat is cache614, so you need a 614 cache named cache614 in your c drive.
