Hey guys!
This happend to me so I tought maybe I could share it with the people who would like to use 718 aswell...
The problem is that the Source is binded to the port 43594 (Default), And the client trys to connect to it.
But sometimes UTorrent or BitTorrent is breaking that connection.
So try to close Utorrent/Bittorrent and try to run the source and then run the Client, this might help!
(If not, i'm sorry.. this was just one solution for me!)

Everyone who plans to host something should know this.
And now they can know, but I didnt had this problem on a 317 or 508 only on 718, not sure if it's on a 667 aswell.
