I started tinkering with this again. Just finished completely re-writing how object spawning is handled. Initially it was trash beyond trash, it took ATLEAST 5 seconds per object spawn because I would have to click a new tile -> manually enter the objects parameters -> save tile which would also pack to cache and packing too quickly would result in a cache break. Yeah it was just garbage and just way too process heavy.
Now object spawning/editing/packing is optimized and is as simple as:

I've also figured out undermap editing, which allows for some nice high detail water and I've also done a little re-work of the interface.
Object spawning is pretty solid now but that's fairly basic compared to the other shit. So I'm hoping to get around to cleaning/optimizing eventually as well as figuring out how to edit the spawned GFX. I can only manipulate them via directly from the client at the moment.
