Probably the last update I'll post on this, it's pretty much all coded up, spent a few days cleaning and optimizing. Just need to do some interface tidying, adding the rest of the objects I plan to use with it and figuring out the full implementation of the builder. Finished up loading/saving, support on any size object, spawn limits and completed a requirement system- for example spawning an ore will require the mining level to mine the ore + a few extra levels. (may add resource requirements for certain objects as well but that's undecided)

Right now the most known editor would be RSPSi, maybe yours can hop into the market as wellmart:
