[508] Item editor

Yep, now with this program I can easily edit/create items for 508 HD and LD clients with no hard coding :P. I think this is first tool that I saw in 508 section :ninja:.

This is image of my item editor, there is a lot of free space, so I need to think about more features. If you can suggest something post. Also I think you noticed that there is many unidentified variables, if you can identify any post!

Now I just need to make this program read item data directly from cache, and pack changed data to cache(Idk how XD).

Here is a little proof that this program is working, here I changed smithing cape (t) title and ground model.

Yea, I also thought about model library, to change item model.
