he got a main login server witch is like the main server. A world server for each world witch can be ran off different computers

How is that possible, jagex would have around 150+ ports then..

You can technically have 65535 (2^16-1) ports... (0 is reserved, and you can't listen on some in the dynamic range - above 49152).

Although Jagex do have multiple servers and a central login server system.
