i see several positions where you're capable of having 1 person for the job, i also see no point in ranking your developers as if it'd be a staff team with names like "top tier developer, head executive developer, executive developer or co-executive developer", would be professional and all if this was some gigantic corporate entity but it's not, it's an rsps, it's not that deep bro
your enthusiasm and passion is there but your management plan isn't exactly on point, finna end up with more ranks than you do members
