Thanks, though im looking this for 500+ and Jagex changed their cache a bit at around #498, so now I would need info where all of that stuff is located in 500+ cache.

Are you looking for OpenRS specifically? And what revision cache do you need the tool for? If you don't mind alternatives, dkk cache tool would work fine for anything 580+ I think, not sure about 500-580.

Reads are decently fast, writes are absolutely trash due to the caching system being reseted for every file write + the reference table being rewritten.
