XTEAS won't save you. This is a 718/742 with no object packing. Just get another pure revision cache.

Xteas could've never caused this lol. Xteas are basically used to decrypt the entire map file - so you either have all the objects loading or none of them in the region (64x64 tiles). There's no "inbetween" here, the fact you have incorrect tiles is caused by what Clem said - invalid objects.
Your last part is not really true. One can have correct tiles but invalid objects since these two are stored in different archives.
OT:
As for the tiles:
You packed the mapscene (tiles) from another cache which doesn't have the same overlays and underlays as your current cache.
As for the incorrect roof:
Your client doesn't render the object types correctly. This changes sometimes from revision to revision. So, you packed the landscape (objects) from another revision which renders object types in a different way, causing the roof being rendered incorrect in your client.
Might've either misunderstood me or I just explained improperly. What I meant is that you either have the objects loading or you don't have the objects loading, there's no inbetween of having half of the region load and the rest not load (Unless you got faulty code for reading), when you obtain the land data from the cache, you get the stream of all objects in the given region. The other thing you obtain is the "clip data", which isn't what I spoke of at all which I think is where the confusion came from.
