Don't think it has been released really. And the RS3 protocol hasnt changed all that much in the meantime.

Hey there,
My friend and I are looking for a 801 cache/deob.
I got him into RSPS and apparently he's been in RSPS before and he worked with 801, so he says.
Apparently he's got data on it, that's why we intend on using 801.
Also because it's not as big and difficult as current versions.
