I've owned quite a lot of servers in the past, including my evolumex 742 source, and had around maybe 50 players on etc, but i'm looking for something a little bit more challenging,
I'd like to start on a 614, spawnscape source and see what all can come of it,
Need someone to help me with the project, i have around 100$ to spend on forums etc as well, pm me on the forums for my skype.
You should add more of what you expect from this developer, though we know you are looking for a client/server developer out of common sense, but some very good developers don't have the best of English, meaning they would miss-interpret what you are saying.
