They seem like easy things to do, I would suggest you learning how to do it and then keep the donations to your self so improve your servers hardware, advertisments etc learning a small amount of java will drastically help

And the worst part is, if he doesn't get any donations, you do his stuff for free and waist your time for it.
And he can lie about the donations, so you can't even check that...
There is only profit for him: doing nothing and getting a working server with content
