Webhost that has allowed you to setup automatic vote?

Looking for one without restrictions that will not prevent me from setting up automatic vote, such as mysql database security., also it'd be nice if it wasn't crazy overpriced.

Yes cPanel the latest version. You can setup databases, and everything you need.

Any webhost which others remote mySQL, the one stated above will work perfectly for what you require.
