I think you should learn some Java yourself, getting a person to do your chores isn't going to help you.

lets be honest, who cant do the stuff hes asking for, he can probably do it himself, but hes probably just too lazy to learn. I wouldnt help him because from this thread i can tell he wouldnt stick with a server for a week
