Yeah i'm pretty sure. I think i actually already have the Matrix Package. Could i get a working sprite editor?

I've tried editing the 723 cache in the past, but it got corrupted. Do i have to do 1 image at a time or what?

What works for me is one image then click pack to cache then repeat it
