Source Base: RuneExtream 614

Things you'll need to know:

- How to work with(and most likely convert) a shitty packet system
- Previous knowledge of and experience with 614 packets
- Not being COMPLETELY useless when it comes to the 614 client...
- Conventions.

Preferred things to know:
- Experience with the RuneExtream Base
- The ability to work with the pallate region creation packet(Construction/Dungeoneering)
