It already has nearly all NPCs in, you just need the emotes for them.
And grand exchange, you have to code it yourself. You dont just add these things.

There are NO npc's in my server.
At least i dont see them.

You have to make NPCs spawn through the server.

also o hai dere err load npcs like 508 does or w/e fix loading could be done if u even have npc updating >.>
