A pali/espeon base with a combat base(click and ill explain)

i want a pali/espeon base that is as blank as possible, that has a base on combat. this is what i mean by a base on combat

it has

-start on specials
-attack anims working properly
-it can hit 0s sometimes
-not overpowered(1 atk and str hitting 17s.)

Use Mettalic Fear, its got a pretty good combat system.

You should use "Ranopscape V2" not v3 i beleive v2 is hella lot better.

nah summon-pkz combat isn't very good tbh. Too messy and specs mostly never hit.
