Need a coder for a new server

I am in the need of a coder who can code a beautiful server with most of the skills working and many features. I have made the website for the server and planning to buy a dedicated host for the server for 100% uptime. I need a person who knows everything about servers. I could code for you (well, more like myself), I'm still in the process of making my server and the person I depended on hosting my server barely comes on MSN. So I may need a hoster, not very sure yet.
