♕ Introduction ♕ RuneRoyal is built off of a Matrix 667 source. It is an economy server with custom aspects implemented into the game.
Currently I am the sole developer, thus making the progress rather slow. However, this project started as a learning purpose and now is being planned for full official release.

Kingdoms are my own twist on houses, you do not own a Kingdom as you would a house, instead you rent one for 24 hours at a time for a fee. They are fully customizable and filled with content.

Your rent timer depletes whether you are online or not.
Upon renting a kingdom, you receive Royalty experience, access to the Kingdombuilder and of course 24 hours access time to your kingdom.
You can extend your rent by 24 hours within the last hour before your rent expires and doing so will result in a 1m discount and also accumulates consecutive days, accumulating consecutive days will reward certain bonuses.
Players are allowed to join other players kingdoms; unless locked by the owner. Some content is shareable as well, such as the altar.
Upon account creation, you will receive a free 24 hours.

The Kingdombuilder allows you to fully customize your Kingdom layout, like all Kingdom content, this can only be accessed while renting. At the moment the builder is accessed via the ::kingdombuilder command but this will be removed after I redesign the Kingdom panel interface
Your layout will remain saved whether you have access time or not.
Upon first-time renting (account creation), your layout will consist of only an exit portal.
Any objects associated with Kingdoms can be placed (or removed) and rotated to your liking.

Royalty is essentially a test of loyalty. You receive royalty experience through renting.
Royalty unlocks new objects for your kingdom such as the Gilded Altar or Bank Booth.
The base XP rate per 24 hour rent is 100k.
If you're extending your rent during the one hour ext you will accumulate consecutive days, and for every consecutive day you will get an additional 20k royalty exp on-top of the base 100k.
I plan on incorporating more XP gaining methods (Quests for example).
Spoiler for PVM Instance:
One of the main features of Kingdoms is the PVM instance. Here, various monsters and bosses can be unlocked for instancing.
You will by default have one monster unlocked for instancing.
Unlocking other NPCs located in the selection interface requires at least 500 kills of the specified NPC outside of the Kingdom.
You can check how many kills you need by clicking on the locked monster, a message will be displayed in chat.
Monsters within the instance have a shorter respawn delay than those located outside the Kingdom.
You do not lose items from dying within the instance as you do outside of the Kingdom, instead you are teleported back to the main kingdom area.
Instanced monsters drop Royal Keys which unlock the Royal Chest. These are very rare, but less so when killing bosses.
The "Double drop rate" perk will double your drop rate within the instance while active.[I]
Slayer Exception: If you receive a slayer task of one of the monsters listed in the Slayer Monsters tab, said monster will become unlocked for instancing UNTIL your task is completed, at that point you will be kicked from the instance (Unless unlocked via the killcount requirement).
I plan on adding more regular monsters and bosses as well as a hefty reward for those who are able to unlock every monster.

Perks are basically 2 hour boosts that provide some advantage while in a kingdom, note that these perk timers deplete whether you're online or not, you cannot stack time either, you can only re-activate a perk once it is depleted.
Double Experience Provides double experience in all skilling related activities within the kingdom
Double Resources Provides double resources from all activities that harvest resources, such as woodcutting. This includes the Autominer and Royal Trough.
Double Drop Rate Perk Doubles your drop rate within the PVM Instance. This stacks with other drop rate boosting content such as the ring of wealth.
I may add a "Instance Unlock Perk" which will allow you to instance one of any PVM Monster that is currently locked for 2 hours.
Bonuses are given through Consecutive Days rented however if you miss a payment, your consecutive days gets reset and so do your bonuses.
+250,000 coins added to royal trough capacity for each consecutive day
+100 increased autominer capacity for each consecutive day
+20,000 Royalty experience upon extending rent for every consecutive day
More bonuses will be added, I have yet to figure out which. I am considering check-point bonuses, for example 5+ consecutive days resulting in auto-banking drops within the PVM Instance.

The royal chest is a kingdom specific rewards chest, unlocked only by a royal key which are obtainable as drops within the PVM instance.
I am still deciding on exactly which rewards this will contain but the current rewards are:
Double Experience Perk(common)
Double Resources Perk(uncommon)
Double Drop Rate Perk(rare)
I am considering adding Royalty experience as well as "Kingdom Passes" which depending on rarity would add time to your rent (1hr, 12hr, 24hr)
Spoiler for Royal Trough:
The royal trough is simply an AFK activity, by default the trough contains 1mil coins within, once depleted it takes an hour to refill. At its base, this does not give enough gold to even cover your rent, so its not recommended relying on this, however it is a nice little source of income when you don't feel like doing anything.
Gives a base amount of 150 coins per action
For every consecutive day, the trough will add 250k to its max capacity
This does not give thieving experience, however thieving affects the amount of coins you get per action. For every 10 levels, you will get an additional 5 coins per action, with 99 thieving you get +100 coins per action for a total of 250 coins per action.
Note: I have double resources perk active as well as 99 thieving, resulting in 500 coins per grab ((150 base + 100 from 99 thieving) * 2 from double)

The autominer is as the name suggests, it mines automatically. It has only two ore options: Holy and Unholy ore, these are custom ores and are of the highest tier (90). However you do not need level 90 mining requirement for it to get to work. The gear they smith into will require a hefty amount of ore and the autominer will aid you in this.
Mines one ore every 1 minute 30 seconds WHILE ONLINE, or one ore every 5 minutes WHILE OFFLINE
Max capacity of 100 by default without consecutive days.
Ores can be collected via the Kingdom entrance, this way you can collect any ore that might've been mined before your rent expired.
Received two in one action, Double Resources Perk affects autominer during its duration as well. 1100 capacity because I have 11 consecutive days.
Spoiler for Altars:
Same as RS. The best prayer experience in game comes from altars. There are only two altars and are kingdom and donator-zone restricted. By default, you have access to the Wooden Altar which provides a 1.2x exp gain as opposed to burying, but with 75 royalty, you unlock the Gilded Altar which provides a 2x exp gain.
If renting everyday (without the 1 hour extension discount period) 75 royalty would take about 12 days.
Any player can use other players Kingdom altars(If the tenant of said kingdom is allowing visitors)
Spoiler for Fishing:
Fishing is available within the kingdom and it's rather straight forward to do. Simply select the fish you want to fish for and begin fishing (if you meet the level requirement and have the needed tool of course).
There are no requirements to placing this object.
Like all skilling activities, this is affected by the Double Experience/Resource perks.
Usable by all visitors, they may select their own fish as well.

The herb plot; specific only to herb farming and is the only farming related content in the kingdom as of right now.
Only one spawn allowed and requires level 9 farming to be placed (minimum level to start growing herbs)
Grow times are half what they are outside of the kingdom
Affected by double resources/experience perks
Continue to grow if you're offline or outside of your kingdom
If your rent expires while they are growing, they will be available to pick upon re-rental
Inspect the herbs to see just how much time is left before they are ready to be picked

Very interesting, and I like the concept you've got going here. I'm interested in seeing how a kingdom is produced, what the result looks like, and how changes/modifications can alter the current landscape of what you've already built.
