    Hey guys,
    Updates are super slow these days because Magnito is caught up with university and work. He just started so it would take some time to get back in on schedule. I'm also pretty occupied with work recently, but hopefully we should be able to start getting in some updates soon.

    After a very long break due to other commitments and time consuming life events, we're back in action. Summer is here and we have plenty of time to invest into our beloved Project that we insist on finishing. With around a weeks time worth of updates, here you have the main content you all are looking for. We have left out minor updates that we deem not worth showing off, but please do let us know if you do want to see that aswell. Do feel free to join our Discord as we regularly post small updates there. We have decided to proceed with a private testing stage in which a handful of selected players will be able to join the beta team to perform some key tests as well as enjoy some early experiences of the continuously developing server. In order to join our Beta team, please join our Discord server as we will be picking our members from there.
    Without further ado, here's the updates and the Media:

    Game content:

    • Price checker has been added, all item options such as add 1, add 5, add 10 etc have been implemented. When closing the price checker items are returned to you. If you were to disconnect, upon unregistering you, the price checker will return the items to you before your account is saved so you won't lose the items!
    • Friends manager - Able to add friends, remove friends, if a friend had their name changed, this will also show correctly when you hover your mouse over the friend and will have the symbol to indicate they have had a name change. Your friends list is notified when a friend logs in, logs out, goes into the lobby, leaves the lobby etc.
    • Banking has been completed, full banking with bank tabs, inserting items into a slot, noting, removing, adding, adding all from inventory, all add options (1, 5, 10, x, all), removing from bank (1, 5, 10, all, all but one, x), can collapse bank tabs etc.-Added teleport tablets, all teleport tabs work, as well as runecrafting altar teleport tabs

    Weapons & Special attacks:

    • Special attacks - Armadyl Godsword, Saradomin Godsword, Zamorak Godsword, Bandos Godsword, Saradomin Sword, dragon mace, dragon longsword, dragon dagger (all of them) each special with the correct formulae effects taken from the osrs wiki, with the correct special abilities
    • Added dragon claws special attack, using the formula and mechanic from the OSRS wiki
    • Dark bow special has been added, when using dragon arrows, max hit is capped at 480 per arrow and will use the 'descent of dragons' projectile. When using any other arrows, will use the 'descent of darkness' projectile. Dragon arrows has a maximum hit modifier of 50% (and max hit per arrow capped at 480), other arrows have a modifier of 30% with no cap.
    • Dorgeshuun crossbow & special attack has been added, drains the victims defence level by the damage of the hit
    • Added staff of light special attack, halves all melee attacks for one minute whilst you use the special and keep the staff of light equipped, if you unequip it, the special fades away
    • Added abyssal whip special, drains 10% of victim's run energy and gives it to you


    Combat (Magic):

    • Added Ice blitz, Ice burst spells
    • Added all Ice spells (rush, burst, blitz, barrage). Each freeze spell has the correct timers for freezing its opponent. Freeze immunity after being unfrozen is currently 3 seconds
    • Added all Smoke spells (rush, burst, blitz, barrage). Each smoke spell poisons its opponent, poison damage starts small and gets stronger in the same order as rush burst blitz barrage.
    • Charge spell has been added, can only be used once every 100 seconds, once used, the effect lasts for the next six minutes. The effect: whilst using a god spell and wearing the respective god cape, max hit for the spell is increased by 100 (10 damage). If after 100 seconds you use the spell again however the six minutes is not over, it will reset the effects duration back to 6 minutes and count down again
    • Added all Shadow spells (rush, burst, blitz, barrage). Each shadow spell will blind its opponent (reducing their dynamic attack level by 10% (does not stack and reduce it down to 1 per blind), for rush and blitz, 15% for blitz and barrage.
    • Added Blood spells (rush, burst, blitz, barrage). Each blood spell drains life from the opponent and heals the caster by 25% of the damage made.
    • Added Miasmic spells (rush, burst, blitz, barrage). Each miasmic spell has the effect of increasing the opponents ranged and melee attack times by doubling it. E.g if a whip hits once per 4 ticks, it will hit one per 8 ticks whilst under the miasma effect. This only affects ranged and melee attacks. Rush - 20 ticks of miasma, Burst - 40 ticks of miasma, Blitz - 60 ticks of miasma, Barrage - 80 ticks of miasma. The immunity for miasma after the effect wearing off is 6 seconds.
    • Each spell has the correct projectile, graphics and animation carefully checked via the OSRS wiki gif's which demonstrate the spells. Each spell has the correct level requirements, rune requirements, staff requirement (zuriel's for miasmic spells).
    • Added all ancient teleports -> Paddewwa, Senntisten, Kharyrll, Lassar, Dareeyak, Carrallangar, Annakarl, Ghorrock. Each teleport has the correct animation and graphics. Teleports also teleport you to a random location which is at maximum 2 tiles away (in the x and y axis) from the original spot, as it was back in the 2010/11 era and I'm assuming is continued for OSRS also
    • Added Saradomin's strike (each successful hit drains 1 prayer point from the victim) max hit is 200, 300 when using charge
    • Added Claws Of Guthix (each successful hit drains victim's defence level by 5% does not stack or continue draining after drained once).
    • Added flames of zamorak (each successful hit drains victim's magic level by 5%, does not stack or continue draining)
    • Each god spell can hit 100 more whilst you have charged, saradomin strike require's saradomins staff being equipped or staff of light, claws of guthix - void knight mace or guthix staff, flames of zamorak - zamorak staff
    • Added all strike spells (wind, water, earth fire), bolt spells, blast spells, wave spells, surge spells, and regular teleport spells (Lumbridge, Varrock, Falador, Camelot, Ardougne, Watchtower)
    • Added vengeance


    Misc:

    • The projectiles have been corrected for any distance a player casts the spell from, the damage is also corrected to be inflicted when the projectile lands
    • After the addition of ice spells and locking a character's movement, mechanics for not being able to attack whilst frozen for combat have been added in. So for melee, unless you are adjacent (not diagonal) to your opponent, you cannot perform a melee hit whilst frozen
    • Mechanics for frozen whilst ranging - if you need to move to make a successful ranged attack but you're frozen, no attack will proceed unless you move to where you need to move in order to fire your shot
    • Adding a non-existing friend will send you the message - 'unable to add friend - unknown player'.
    • Complimentary to the friends list, privacy settings have also been added. Public chat, game chat, private chat etc. If your private chat is off, nobody will see you as 'online' in their friends list. If your private chat is friends-only, then only your friends are able to see. Your settings also save on logout. If you are ignoring a player, they are unable to see your online status
    • Run energy draining has been added
    • Run energy recovery rate has beendsad added
    • Added skulling system, if you attack someone, if they have attacked you previously first, then you will not receive a skull. If someone attack you and you have previously attacked them before, they will not receive a skull. You can reset this by logging in and out. The skull timer is 20 minutes, once skulled, 20 minutes later you lose the skull. This saves on logout.

    You should probably make the OP more clear on what's changed recently. Could make it as simple as adding a section showing a date and a link, where the link takes you to your reply. I've seen other project threads do that
