That's the low-detail mode. In #503+ revisions they added the option to toggle between low(your pic) and high(OP) resolution.

the gameframe is different tho. It's the same one from 562 and above so it can't be a 529

Yeah well I was talking about the gameframe though. There's no achievement tab on 530 and the shape of the tabs look different.

Cache 98.65% = 562
