Welcome to our Project thread. Legacy II is a 639-revision server, aimed to be a sort of "sequel" towards Legacy-614, which got closed down from Jagex. Our aim is the same as Legacy;
To serve as a fun server where players can PK.
BETA is delayed:

However, in the meantime; I'll be attempting to perfect the source, in terms of bugs etc.

Description
As stated before, Legacy-614 got shut down from Jagex. It was a very fun server, that in my opinion, was hated just because of its downtime, and lack of updates. Ever since the closure, I have been trying to make a second version to this, to re-grip the Legacy Community, and for a place where they can enjoy Legacy, but with just more features and content. Legacy II (Legacy-637) will be a spawn server, following the same basis as the original. Certain influential items (Such as Dragon Claws) will be unspawnable, and will be worth the currency form (Fist of Guthix Tokens). Players can obtain Tokens from voting, getting kills, dicing, and some more. There are certain areas where players can Safe player-kill, and where there is Dangerous player-killing (The Wilderness).

-Added a few NPCs at home.
-Fixed Dragon Dagger special-attack delay
-Added PvP configs and Safe-area methods (Credits to Magnito, I didn't know the configs).
-Removed Summoning Orb, since it was useless.
-Added the same Legacy-614 Home area, with correct safe-areas.
-Added correct attack ranges.
-Removed Summoning being dependent as a Combat-skill, now the maximum combat possible is 126.
-Added a settag command. (Sets a custom yell tag)
-Nerfed Turmoil effects.
-Re-done the Agility skill.
-Re-done the Woodcutting skill.
-Added client logo.
-Melee is now less Overpowered, and befits the rest of the Combat Triangle.
-Done some content.
-Added some custom interfaces.
-Enhanced the client a tad.
-Fixed some faults in Command handling.
-Changed the teleport handler.
-Patched 2 dupes.
-Added donator-sprite.
-Added various player-rights, including Donator and Owner.
-Added the Donator title.
-Begun on player entity facing.
-Fixed yell, now the first letter of the players message is capitalized.
-Added player-option opcode.
-Added a world-message method.
-Using certain characters will now not crash your client.
-Re-done the Player class so now things are more intertwined, and things that a spawn-server does not need are removed.
-We now have a 614 gameframe; rather than a 639.
-Added "pvp2", exactly the same form as Legacy (Arraylist).
-Made some more progress on the tab.
-Removed unnecessary shit on loginPackets.
-Added "Uppertele", exactly the same form as Legacy (Same GFX, animation etc).
-Reading of character-files is now more efficient, and will not hand out nullpointers.
-NPC-option opcodes are now added.
-Range can now be disabled at the easts area, to stop raggers. (Administrator only command, so only they can toggle it).
-Added a very basic framework of economy, which is an attempt to incorporate skilling as a money maker. A NPC at Edgeville (Bob) buys your skilling items for tokens, but with a twist. We also have implemented a feature that allows us to tweak the prices he buys things for, so it can fluctuate accordingly. We have done this so merchants can profit, and that players need to be a little more clever when they are selling things and having to be knowledgeable of the market.
-After watching some videos, I've decided to restore the maximum combat level to 138, but when you enter the wilderness it does not go to 126+12, like Legacy.
-Added buffering and loading under player
