Loading The Shadow Reef rs3 map area error need help

i really wanna start making ed3 in my 718 i have allready done ed2, dragonkin laboratory.
getting this error if i go to close to the map and nulls my account with black screen

i badly want this working another step back for me i want it out of the way if it alot of work needs doing get it working message me on discord xHybrid Revv#2039 we talk about prices get work done but hope it dont come to that ;)
i am not sure if it fully been imported into cache right as it was allready there when got source and cache but i have deep sea fishing map area elite dung 2 dragonkin laboratory and few others all working nicely just loading this one map
