    anybody knows how to change char to more HD ?

    Short answer is you can't; the OSRS models were built without HD textures or rendering in mind, thus you get the standard detail model even while in HD. You'll need to add texture triangles, and assign textures to those triangles to get even remotely close to making it look HD.

    This is where, I think, the whole OSRS in HD thing can't get anywhere for a long while.

    I was answering the question your title used to be, which was how to change the scythe of vitur.

    To answer your char model question though, just get the model ids that the identity kit uses and pack them from the 667 cache
