But I dont want it to be EOC, I want it to be like normal Runescape, Ely, Divine, Spectral etc, QBD, maybe Zulrah perhaps, Jad and pets, that's pretty much it.
Now since I am pretty new, I am not 100% sure what I am looking for, Client is just the Client that the user see's right? It has nothing to do with the Items, graphics etc.
Source is the graphics + items right? And Cache is.. I have no idea what that is.

Then you are looking for a matrix 718 or a 718-742. You can look in the download section for that, most servers can be pretty much loaded without errors.
The server is for changes within the server, like changing home, adding bonuses, changing spawns and adding combat scripts etc
The cache is loading the items,npcs and maps. The client pretty much loads the cache. And the client doesn't matter that much, but it has to be the same revision, otherwise it will load bad.

There is no zulrah in 718+ revision, so you have to custom add it.
