Would I be able to pack like NPC models or item models from an 830 to a 667?

Yes however you would have to update your model decoder as the stored format changed between 667 and 830. You can get the 830 decoders from the 718/830 that was released recently and then edit your 667 one to function similarly. Someone else might be able to help you more than me as I've never updated model decoder however in theory what I suggested will work.

Every client does, else you wouldn't be able to see anything 3D.
