It looks like it does the animation as it SHOULD be (which bones move for however many frames), but just not at the right magnitude if that makes sense.
Say blowpipe anim is converted on a scale of 1 and it works great in osrs, but 667 reads measurments smaller than osrs, so 5 667 measurements is equal to 1 osrs measurement, but it reads osrs scale as 1 and not 5 because thats how it was converted.
I know next to nothing about porting animations across revisions, so don't expect it to be what I am saying, this is simply what I am observing
