Need help adding King Fox's price editor to Future 742's server.

I have followed King Fox's guide pretty much exactly and am using the same RunEditor.exe from Rune-Evo 3 but every time I start it up it initially says this:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Followed by a relentless spamming of this:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

If anyone can give me some guidance as to what is wrong that would be great! :)
