To clarify im looking for what part of the source actually controls the combat of a specific NPC, a good example I want to look at would be one of the godwars bosses.

Say I have the generic 'Man' and I wanted to add in a way for him to do a rotation of 3 attacks (of different types), how would I go about doing this?
I know how to set the animations/gfx/sounds, I also know how to program it all in I just cant seem to find out how its done.
I've looked at things like general graador to see how it is programmed for its special attacks and havent been able to find anything that actually leads me to a resolution of my problem.
Thanks for any help.
