I have looked everywhere, the only thing in ButtonHandler is the private tab, which does nothing to help my problem...

If I remember correctly it was a config which would set the tutorial quest to complete, perhaps 281

Forgot I disabled that a while ago to fix something, forgot to re-add... thanks alot bro. Pissed off because i've been looking for a week.
