Change your run.cmd

Allocate more memory to your startup file (aka batch/cmd file). Your parameters should look like this:

-Xmx512m -cp bin;lib/*; com.rs.Launcher true true false

Mine is only 512mb for localhost/testing purposes, you should change it to whatever suits you.

Okay thanks im dumb, i had it at -Xmx1024m well thanks i didn't know that would fix it.
