Are you using your no-ip address? for example you'd put in: "1234144.no-ip.org" for your IP instead of something like: "127.0.0.1". If you are putting in an IP from a website like ipchicken and putting that IP in, Only do that if you have a static IP. Because if you're Dynamic, it will change constantly so it won't work. If you're putting in you NO-IP for the client, you obviously missed a file that had an IP in there.
