    Not sure if the right place but i have my vps but i can not connect to it through my desktop. i want to run my server off of it but dont really understand the concept of how to use one of theese.

    You put the source on the VPS and run off the VPS Ip.

    Its on there but i cant run the server, im new to this so its confusing. Do you have skype maybe you could help me out

    Ill show you, teamview or skype?
    But im on my VPS Desktop and i have a test server there to see how i run it, and when i can ill move the proper one there.. :/

    You mean the server can run on your desktop and not on the vps, correct?

    That means you need to set the java paths correctly on the runserver.bat(Btw it's a batch file, not a exe file)
