If your not using a exploit try using pro guard to obfuscate your source, also if your using some sort of jar marker it would be a good idea to scan that, could be malware.
Although I'm sure it's a false positive but people will over react to this.

Recently i jar'ed my client and avast and many other anti-virus's detect it as a JAVA CE 2012 or something, can anyone please tell me what that means or how to fix it thanks!

The jar maker i got off the the official website but could you explain to me how to use this pro guard thing thanks!
I doubt it will help but it could, there is a gui run in the bin folder, which is really easy to use.
