Hello everyone,
as the title stated, I want to start my own rsps.
But got no expierence with coding ect.
Is there a guide for starters, how to start up?
Also maybe there's a partner in here who would like to start up a server,
I am willing to pay.
Please post if you're willing to start one, want to help me out or if you know a guide.
Please do not flame as it is just a question.

Your in the right place,
But when it comes to coding in any language you can't be lazy, go check out the tutorial section and just read the code closely and type the code instead of pasting it, and you'll learn alot. trust meh.
I would also recommend starting with a lower revision like 317 PI, Or something along those lines.
pi/637 are both just as easy to code. If you need help pm me ill help you out but yes there is a begginers guide to 637's and 614 and 317. look in tutorial section of 503+ and rs2

Well, I am very sorry to say this; But as I mentioned earlier I am from the netherlands.
So it's very hard to read all of that, I most likely want a mentor or something.
Hope someones able to help me.
Still don't know how to start or anything, I am able to download it of downloads section, but next thing I don't know what to do
You won't get a free teacher/mentor.
You'll have to learn Java first before getting into rsps development if you want to create something decent. Most detailed programming books will always be in English. But there also are very good dutch books.
If you really don't want to buy a book, I suggest you start with the oracle tutorials.
