Thread: Does anybody have time for this?

Hi, im not much of a coder and i have just not continued further with it and i was wondering if anybody had the time and generousity to make me a 508 server. The things i need in this server:

100% F2P BASED

NOTHING TO DO WITH P2P

BOUNTY HUNTER CRATERS WITH JUST LOW CRATER FOR LVLS 3-55

TRAINING AREA FROM 3CB TO 50 OR SO
@
EXP RATE SAME AS RUNESCAPE 4 XP PER 1 DAMAGE POINT ETC
@
WEAPONS DAMAGE MUST HIT ON TIME LIKE RUNESCAPE USED TO BE
@
MELEE AND RANGE MUST BE IN TIME WITH EACH OTHER (STACKED HITS)
@
NPCS IN TRAINING AREA DROP LIKE 100 GP PER KILL
@
NPC SHOPS MUST HAVE ALL IRON/STEEL,MITH/ADDY AND RUNE ITEMS IN
@
MAX POSSIBLE COMBAT LEVEL IS 55 SO PPL DONT LVL OUT OF CRATER

This server i want to be f2p based pking server where training is hard same as runescape and money making is alot harder than runescape. If anybody can help me out that would great. I know this may be alot to ask but iv been giving this alot of thought and it would take me years to do something like this. So i have posted this thread to see if anybody is generous enough to help me out with this and when i make this server online and public all creds would go to the guy who helps me out (I aint someone who would take creds for someone elses work). If anybody feels nice enough to help me out with this that that would be acceptional.
