It will let me connect to my own servers running but not anybody elses.
It gives me a Js5 Error, i know what it means, but I checked its status (Online/Offline) On my brother's computer & it says it was online but it won't connect for mine. & I've downloaded SEVERAL clients, all were no help. Although i know some of them worked cause one of the clients was the exact same client my brother used. I dont know to do. (I checked IP for the client's made for specific servers, and still nothing.)

I will rep person who gives instructions on how to fix it ;D ~

it depends on what client your using, its all about ports:

say the server your connecting to ip is: 01.234.567.89 and port is 43594
on some clients when connecting you need to type: 01.234.567.89:43594
other clients add the port themselves so you only need to type 01.234.567.89.
so for example if the client is adding the port itself and the server has a port of 12345 - you cant connect.
