as I have him all sorted, but want to know if items may be involved, thus
i can make something more exciting for it.

I don't remember what it's called but I remember it's in Al Kharid dessert then it's near ruins of Uzer. Well it is there, it's just down the stairs. A portal takes you there for a quest.

its where the 'Evil' people of runescape summon a demon in a quest called 'The Golem'.

Yes, on height 0 there seems to be a place similar to ruins of uzer.
So I guess it could be.
