Because the server is not set to fullscreen interface's. Btw you need to set the variables and tabs. so look in configuration or tuturial section.

When I login to my server with my HD client it works fine but if I login with my HD client with fullscreen it messes up and isn't full screen

Theres a tut containing the voids that make fullscreen work aswell.
