is ur no-ip connecting to ur ip?
also check if the port u just opend is actually connected to the machine which is hosting it.
How would i check if no-ip is connecting to my ip or not?
myip.com and check the ip you have on your no-ip (Obvious)
this might be an issue with your isp provider i had the same problem when i first started and it took 2 days trying to get them to setup my dsl modem so it would receive incomming connections that might be the problem
